Dreamers – The Saviors

“The dreamers are the saviors of the world” – As a Man Thinketh: James Allen

 ¡Namaskar!

I am a dreamer. I am a visionary.  I sleep at night and I vision the world I want to live in.  I wake up during the day and day dream about the life I want to live.

When I was a child, I visited these different worlds often.  At times I was viewed by the unaware that I was a slacker, I was not paying attention to what is going on and I was just simply a dreamer.  I admit I would often visit these worlds in places like class, church and even in conversation; but I now realize that all I was doing was visiting a place that made me feel happy and better than I was currently feeling, given the place I was physically in.  As a child we day dream and vision about our lives in scenarios that are grand and happy; those times of dreaming made us feel great.

I evaluate dreams and apply them to principles that I live by now.  I know for a fact our current world is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings.  We receive what we think about most of the time; we will be in the place we think about most of the time.  Why is it when we get older our visions and dreams change and often are not as bright, vibrant and grand similar to when we were children? The answer will probably be similar to why we are where we are and why we feel the way we do currently.  We don’t stop dreaming or visualizing we just change the story of our thoughts.

The acorn is only the dream of an oak tree, the oak tree the vision of the forest.  Heaven was once a dream; the house or building we live in was once a dream that became a town, village or city.  Differences with those dreams are they stayed on course of the original dream which allowed it to come to fruition.

I had a turtle when I was younger and he grew fairly slow.  I had him in the small carrying case that I bought him in for a while until I put him in an old fish tank that I had in my basement.  I realized quickly he began to grow, fast.  I then read about and heard that turtles grow to their environment.  I view our circumstance similar also; but the difference being we don’t physically grow as big as our surroundings, but our circumstance and manifestation of our lives are as big as our dreams.

Baroque classical music was once a dream of notes and instruments playing together.  The pyramids were once a dream of Masons and master builders to connect and reflect with the world above.  The Taj Mahal was once a dream of love.  Heaven is a dream of God and us all!  The world we live in today was once also a dream.  “Dreamers are the saviors of the world”
