Euphoric Expression

Namaskar! For a very long time I was a person in search of happiness. I was so lost with the concept. I was not able to define, explain, or understand the very concept of happiness. I was in a state of depression; I did not realize I was depressed until I began to get out of that state of mind. For two years I was depressed and lethargic and it became my state of being, to the point that it felt normal. As I began to become aware, I immediately changed how I lived. I began to be more active and I simply focused on doing things that felt good to me.
Memories serve as archives we reference when we want to attach to an emotion, in any given moment. The times that we feel most passionate are when we are in a state of mind where no conscious thought is present. When we are engulfed in a moment and connect, we are in a state of what I call, Euphoric Expression. We watch star athletes break records and perform at their highest ability. In these moments they are locked in and rely on the subconscious to take over so the body performs undisturbed.
Practice is important with a high level of success due to the repetition and practice the body remembers. Euphoric expression dances with joy, fights with grit, undivided focus and always connected. When we live life engaging in the present, we will always receive the gift from being in the moment.
Acknowledge your best self and never hesitate to express how you feel at any moment. Be true to the situation and always find a way to be an asset and enhance what you are a part of, even in the moments when silence is best.
Practice living in a state of euphoria by engaging in moments that bring happiness as often as possible. You have a hobby, do it! Engage as often as possible in the moments you lose yourself, to love yourself.
These moments become memories that we will one-day reference and smile in joy remembering how, in that instant you again became a better person. We can experience life tuned in and turned on by life, when serving and loving others, and most importantly serving and loving you.

  1. Thank you for this! Sometimes people are not even aware of the state of depression until they can shift to the Euphoric expression.

  2. Thank you for sharing a piece of your journey, it’s very courageous and encouraging. I like the phrase Euphoric expression.

Euphoric expression is a term that makes sense to my experiences when I’m performing on stage, writing a script, reading a book, spending intimate time with great people. At those moments, time is suspended, I feel free, loved, and loving. My true authentic self is beaming.
